When you start your own home-based business, the most important key to success depend on your self-motivation to push yourself ahead against any obstacles you encounter. Success really depend on the amount of time and effort you put into to build your home-based business. Do accept the fact that it take time for any kind of business to succeed and it may take a couple of months or years to see the fruits of your labour. Have you ever asked yourself how many years of studies you need to put in before you can get a Degree or Master? You must approach home business ownership with a positive mind and take into account the sacrifices that must be made to make your dream come truth. Always remember this: Get-rich-quick schemes doesn't work.

If they did, then everyone on the face of the UNIVERSE would become millionaire. As a Boss of a new home-based business, you have to learn about business organization, planning, marketing, time management wearing many hats all at the same. You learn to be independent as you invest an increasing number of hours to nurture it, watch it grow and bloom into a successful enterprise. In return, you gain a WEALTH of BUSINESS EXPERIENCE along the quest of your business journey before you finally make a commitment to quit your employee status and do it full-time. When working for your home-based business, you are empower to achieve many things you can never do and learn.

You are no more the employee stuck to the same old ROUTINE kind of work from 9 to 5. Your 10 years of job experience doesn't have any INCREASING VALUE as it is just like a year of work experience repeated 10 times. You are no more at the command of your tyrant boss who wouldn't let you take time off when your little children falls sick and the same tyrant boss who called you during your off-duty hour to rush back for work for the sake of the company. You are so busy and often work late that you forgot the beauty of the rising sun. Just think, owning your home business means you can make money and take good care of your family simultaneously.

Of course, the best part is that you don't have to worry about being out of job. Ever wonder why many businessmen like Donald Trump can went bust and then back to become a MILLIONAIRE again within a short-period of time? It is The WEALTH OF BUSINESS EXPERIENCE they have accumulated as an entrepreneur which will always remain inside them for the rest of their life..

(This story first appeared in Workplace Miracles ? a book filled with a collection of stories from around the globe) I have a secret that I'm going to share with you. I am a fifty year-old woman and I love teddy bears. Big ones, small ones, fat ones, skinny ones, long hair, short hair, mohair, bears with hats, bears with jackets, or just plain furry ones, I love them all. Many years ago when I was a young woman going through a rough time in my life, I spotted a teddy bear while out shopping. I had to have it.

On an impulse I bought the bear (which I really could not afford) and took it home with me. Every time I looked at my teddy bear, he made me smile and feel better. It was during this time that I tucked a dream in the back of my heart. My dream was to someday open my own shop filled with nothing but teddy bears. After several years in the workplace and raising two sons on my own, I finally met my knight in shining armor.

We were both ready to simplify our lives and since we both loved the country, some extensive searching enlightened us to a small town nestled in the mountains of Southern Oregon. Even though the time was not quite right, I knew that somehow I was moving closer to my dream. Indeed, this was the perfect place for a teddy bear shop. Years later, after my husband retired, we were left with a small office building on the main street of our little town. The little dream tucked away in the back of my heart for all those years grew wings and soared.

A new sign was painted for the building and "Just Bears & Stuff" became a reality. Now, nine years later, I know that my instincts were right. I'm glad that I listened to my heart. I don't have one outstanding miracle to share?I have hundreds. Every person that walks through the door of my special little shop can feel it?that special "teddy bear feeling." Whether or not our customers have come to purchase a bear or just come to visit, we know that they will leave with smiles on their faces; teddy bears just make you feel good.

Most every person that purchases a bear has a story. Our bears go to people who need comfort in times of illness or loss. Our bears go to people for joyful occasions or milestones in their lives. Sometimes people, young or old, will make a purchase just because they need a teddy bear to get them through a bad day. These people are among my favorites because, in them, I see myself all those years ago when that first teddy bear came home with me and whispered in my ear, telling me that my dream for the future could come true.

I'm glad that I listened?that fuzzy bear was right! --Publishing Guidelines: You may publish my article in your newsletter, on your web site, or in your print publication provided you include the resource box at the end.

Call Mexico at Rates as Amazing as the Murals It's a country that speaks through its numerous murals and is vibrantly creative and colorful in their representation of the ancient Mayan and Teotihuac?n history. It's little wonder that tourism is a booming industry in Mexico. Situated at the northeast border of the US, Mexico's indigenous population comprising of the: Aztecs, Yucatan, Mayans and Chiapas, have not been too moved by the rapid pace of modernization in the US. Today contemporary literature hotshots like Carlos Fuentes, Juan Rulfo and Octavio Paz continue to rekindle the Mexican tradition.Tequila, tortillas, beans and chili peppers famous the world-over can tantalize your taste buds with indiscreet abandon. Catch on to the flavor of this country by connecting with Mexico through Mr.

Long Distance. You can make calls to friends and family in Mexico through Mr. Long Distance at extremely cheap rates compared to other telecom service providers.Simple Steps to Call Mexico: vDial the international access code ? 011. vDial Mexico's country code ? 52.vDial the city code of the place you want to connect with. (e.g.: Mexico City code is 55 and Guadalajara city code is 33.)vDial the remaining digits.Hola (pronounced o-laa) is the normal greeting for ?hello' or ?good day' by Mexicans.

Though Spanish is the official language of Mexico, English is widely understood. Mexicans have three names, their first name, paternal name and maternal name. While writing, all three names are used, though verbally only the first two are used. Titles and rank are very important status symbols and are used unabashedly by professionals with a degree on business cards. Common titles for a lawyer, BSc, etc, include: licenciado/a; doctor - doctor/a; engineer - ingeniero/a; architect - arquitecto/a.

The Mexican sombreros and the Hat Dance are unique traditions that take the hats off to this amazing country. The next time you want to call Mexico, groove to the beat of mariachi music, by using prepaid long distance ? and don't bother about how you call, when you call and how much you talk. Prepaid long distance are much like phone cards, only better. Prepaid long distance, unlike prepaid phone cards do not use cheap long distance carriers to carry their calls. Rates are a little higher than regular phone cards but ?hey' we're talking quality here. Pin-free dialing plus the convenience of calling from any phone be it cellular phones, home phones or public phones.

With prepaid long distance, calling Mexico is as easy as raising a toast with a tequila..

Sara spends much of her summer near the beach. She lives in amild climate and is very athletic. She loves to swim, bike andplay games outdoors. Sara knows the dangers of the sun and so sheopts for tanning salons to get her 'golden glow' while being sureto apply sunscreen every day before heading out. Joseph lives in a cooler, northern climate.

The summers can bevery humid, but most of the year is mild or even below freezingduring the harshest winter months. The beach has never been muchof a draw for him and he spends most of his time doing indooractivities or at his job. Joseph doesn't worry about sunscreenand only had one sunburn that he can remember and that was whenhe was a child. -------------------- Which of these examples do you most associate yourself with? Didyou know that Sara and Joseph are both at risk of developing skincancer? We have all heard the warnings about the dangers of sunexposure. We know all about the importance of wearing sunscreenand hats.

But are YOU protected from skin cancer? Consider thesemyths and facts: MYTH ONE: Tanning Beds are Safer than the Sun 20 minutes of exposure in a tanning bed is roughly equivalent tofour hours in the sun. Although sun beds use UVA rather than UVBrays, 'The Skin Cancer Answer' states that "UV-A penetrates moredeeply into the skin than UV-B, can cause skin cancer, and maysuppress the immune system." MYTH TWO: Wearing Sunscreen at the Beach is Protection 85 percent of UV rays can even make it through on cloudy days. That means you are equally at risk in the car, walking the dog orletting your children out to play at any time of year - even whenyou're not at the beach. Of course, you are usually less attiredat the beach and so covering up is recommended even when wearingsunscreen. Sunscreen also wears off with sweat and water andshould always be applied every two hours or after getting wet. MYTH THREE: Taking Care Of Your Skin Now Will Protect You Sadly, skin cancer can take 20 or more years to develop.

The SkinCancer Foundation states that most people receive about 80percent of their lifetime sun exposure before the age of 18. Just one blistering sunburn in childhood is estimated to doublethe risk of melanoma later in life. Taking better care now willreduce the risk, but not eliminate the damage already done. MYTH FOUR: Having a Tan Means You're More Protected Dark skinned individuals are less likely to develop cancer, buttanned skin is actually damaged skin. Repeated tanning injuresthe skin and increases the risk of skin cancer.

MYTH FIVE: You Can't get Burned on Overcast DaysJust because the sun is hidden by some cloud does not mean that you don't need protection from the harmful effects of the suns rays.So how do you plan to protect your family this year? Somesuggestions are to limit exposure to the sun - especially forinfants. Examine your skin for early signs of damage. Use asunscreen of SPF 15 or higher and apply it at least 30 minutesbefore exposure and every two hours after that. Teach yourchildren good safety habits and be sure you and they are coveredup when outdoors. Have fun and be safe.

The information contained in this article is for educational purposes only and is not intended to medically diagnose, treat or cure any disease.

You hear all the time about bad SEOs. Bad SEOs are offering worthless services, failing to deliver on their internet marketing promises, polluting the search engine results??"well, a lot of bad things. But how much ever gets said about bad SEOs' spiritual counterparts: bad SEO clients?

As an SEO, I can see things from the other side of the table. You see, despite trying hard to make it clear I'm a good, ethical, results-oriented, smarter marketing, white-hat SEO, I have gotten no end of inquiries from bad prospective SEO clients. Sure, no one who gets cheated is ever entirely to blame, and some cheated businesses are entirely blameless.

But the bad SEOs would have too small a market to stay in business if it weren't for almost-as-bad clients.

Shades of Bad SEO Clients

First, let me make clear what I mean by “bad” SEOs. Bad SEOs are bad because they either do unethical things to get e-marketing results, or because they consistently fail to deliver results. A good SEO delivers results and does it without trampling over other people's rights (like submitting automated comments to their websites or trying to get good sites de-indexed).

A bad SEO client, in turn, is someone who will only be satisfied (albeit temporarily) with a bad SEO. Because they refuse to consider ethical web consultants or smarter marketing strategies, they are creating markets for the e-marketing charlatans and black-hats. There are two basic types of bad SEO clients: crooks and fool--oops, I mean, ethically challenged and judgmentally-challenged.

Ethically-Challenged SEO Clients

I haven't gotten so many inquiries asking for out-and-out unethical services.

Still, I've been asked about blog-sp@mming software and other shady internet marketing tactics a couple times. A colleague shared this gem with me: “Have you thought about just scanning a book from the library and using it for web content? Or is that too high-risk?” (Seriously, someone asked him this.)

Of course, judging from the amount of comment sp@m and SEO-motivated hacking on the web, there is plenty of demand for this stuff.

Judgmentally-Challenged SEO Clients

A much larger group of bad SEO clients are simply those who insist on putting themselves in the way of fraud. Yes, that's right: I'm blaming the victim. Someone who goes looking for a $5 gold watch can't cry too long if the watch turns out to be fake or hot. With SEO, there are a few more nuances, but it's the same essential idea.

The overwhelming majority of these judgmentally challenged souls are private individuals whose only business is the business-in-a-kit variety.

Yet they are also sometimes representatives of actual successful companies. The real businesspeople tend to be quicker to let their misconceptions go (after all, they can afford the real SEO alternatives), but not always. Let's look at some representative types of this group, straight out of my own inbox (note: these are inquiries from prospects, not actual clients).

1. Something-for-(Little More than)-Nothing Clients

Really, I tend to think these people should be in the ethically challenged group, but maybe that's just the remnant of my work ethic making me be mean There are actually two kinds of these clients:

* The ambitious but cheap client: “I'd like to get to the top of Google for the keyword, 'mortgage' so I can turn over $100,000/month in revenue.

I can spend up to $1,000.”
* The Adsense-is-my-business-plan client: you wouldn't believe the numbers of inquiries I get from people who only plan to make money off Adsense or other on-site advertising??"they don't even have a plan for getting repeat traffic, nor do they have content to synergize with the SEO effort. By buying promotional services, they would essentially be buying advertising in order to make money off advertising??"you see where that could be a problem?

Another way of looking at it: why wouldn't I just create a site myself and keep all the profit from my efforts? In fact, most SEOs do have their own project sites, which are often monetized by Adsense. The money we could otherwise get from Adsense is one very low baseline for pricing our services. Legitimate SEO clients are typically selling goods or services at a profit rate that works out to ten or more times what they could get from Adsense.

In addition to the greedy, I also see a few other kinds of less common, but still problematic prospective SEO clients:

2. SEO-Starry-Eyed Clients: “Search engine traffic is definitely the best way for me to get pet-sitting clients in my tiny Himalayan village.”
3.

The Little-Knowledge-Is-a-Dangerous-Thing Client: “Don't tell me about keyword research, content, anchor text, or natural linking strategy, just get me the PageRank (or links, keyword density, or whatever the fad is).”
4. Gullible-and-Not-Letting-Go Client: “I know of at least two services that will submit my site to thousands of search engines for $29.95. If you can't do that, I'll take my business elsewhere.”
5. I-Will-Never-Trust-SEO-But-I'll-Consider-It-Anyway Client: “No one can guarantee a good search engine ranking so this is all pointless??"I'll just go with that $29.95 search engine submission package someone just emailed me about. At least it's cheap.”

In short, if you are going to find good SEO web consultants, you need: 1) realistic expectations; 2) a realistic budget; 3) solid information.

Don't expect something for nothing, do a little reading, and it's much less likely you'll fall victim to bad SEOs.
.

Hi, Charles...here, Your Cap and t-shirt guy From Texas. How are you doing today.I have been doing that for the last 18 years. Taking care the needs of my customers and becoming Con fondant and friend. Now I want to be your friend and take care of you. But first I want to tell you a story.I want to tell you a story about a customer of mine. Keith lives in Florida he has been a customer of mine for 6 or 7 years.

He always get's tshirts for his crew, and has them printed with one print just small over the pocket. I always ask let me print them big on back because you will get more exposure, but he always say's no. On his last order he bought hats. I put two free t-shirts in with his order. He called me one month later.

He said ok Charles because of you I need to hire more men. And I will need to double my order to. He said, Do you know what has happened to me. Last weekend I was gassing my boat up and a man said to me do you do landscaping. I said yes, then I realized that I had on the shirt that you gave me yes the one that you printed big on the back.

Anyway he said that he had a small apartment complex and was tired of trying to take care of it. He asked if I would come and look at it. I said yes I would. Yep I got the contract on his little apartment, 2 year annual contract on his 90 unite apartment complex. I wanted to call and say that I wouldn't have gotten that contract without that t-shirt you printed big on the back.

Print them all bob from now on. Yes, this is what T-shirts can do for you. These T-shirts are so good that I wished that I had a button that I could push after five years that would go poof then you would have to call me to get them again. T-shirts are very good to advertise your company name or event. The trend I have noticed, is the Manurefactures are not putting pockets on a lot of the colors.

So more T-shirts are being sold without pockets. A badge of the smokers that have quite, I guess. One of the things you need to be aware of is were you live or work. Hot climates go with 100% cotton just go with one size larger. Taller person go with one size larger. The T-shirt that I would like to poof is 50/50 wares like lron and last forever.

I ask. If that's is the tshirt that they usually get. I say is it time to change the oil in the shirts. I know that they haven't worn them out.Don't forget the women. We have a complete section of tees just for the girls and hey, they look better than us anyway. You better get them girls some T-shirts to, or I will make them there own site.

Do you want me to girls. One other thing only put you logo on name brand Tshirts. Don't listen to, it's just as good. Bemis (blemished) 2nds, or off brands are not worth it, unless you are looking for a rag to wash your hands with. But this is just my opinion..

Do you live with an ADD / ADHD child? If so-- my hat is off to you! ADD / ADHD children are brilliant, full of energy, smart as a whip (as grandma says), and tons of work. They are also the rising sun and the setting star: meaning much of life revolves around them in one way or another. One tactic you might employ is to: be your child's best friend.Hear me out just a bit. I am not promoting parents in "jammies" all day-- everyday, messy homes filled with increasing whirlwind clutter that no-one attends to, nor hot dogs and pizza nightly just to avoid more arguing with an ADD / ADHD child.I am suggesting the reminder we all need with these special needs children: keep perspective. And yes-- try thinking along the lines of being best friends with your child.Best friends are people who look out for the best interest of another. Best friends have a special tolerance for each other.

Best friends set aside time to truly know each other and how each other thinks and feels.Best friends stand up for one-another, for their rights, their feelings, their health, and their needs.Best friends look forward to more time together.Best friends cherish each other dearly.Best friends also speak the truth and help guide each other along the journey of life together. Here are more simple reminders that we easily forget when caught up in our daily grind. I hope they will help from time to time with your ADD / ADHD parenting:* Remember to keep the rules-- but not TOO many rules all at once... all the time!* Schedule FUN* Stop being organized now and then to ad-lib and make delight shine for you both again!* Yes-- even with medicated kids some days are suddenly going to be worse than others.* This is physiological-- remember?* You are the expert in his/her eyes. Provide correction and consequences accordingly.* Use notebooks, or better yet email, to communicate with the teacher daily.* It is no fun for the ADD / ADHD child to be "wrong" or in trouble so much of the day-- catch him/her being good!! * With young ADD / ADHD children try picture charts on the wall for daily routines to follow.* Your child needs extra reminders, extra chances, extra love, and extra encouragement (so do you!!)* Read The Five Love Languages of Children by Gary Chapman and Ross Campbell.* Know the educational rights in your school district and utilize each and every one of them :-)* Be patient with the child, your mate, and especially yourself.* Tenderness and politeness goes a long way with these precious ones.* These kids love to be helpful-- utilize it, just don't seek perfection :-) and finally:** DON'T go It ?ALONE! Enlist the help of extended family, friends, neighbors, associates, playmate families, medical professionals, and perhaps a coach for sanity. Two myths that existed when I was a child: The first was that the parents were always right and had all the answers. The second one was that "You can have it all, baby".

Well, as a parent-- I know the first is NOT true. And as a working mom-- the second is out the door as well (or at least the romanticized fantasy version of it is). * You are a parent-- do your best. * Learn every day. * Ask for forgiveness.* And cherish this relationship.

You can design your life-- You are a parent, and an individual.?You have to pick and choose which elements will be incorporated within it, and, how you want it to run. Your child needs love, fun, consideration, truth, honesty, openness, and the gentle/firm guidance that best friend's can give without damaging or straining the relationship. You already have so many different hats to wear all day for your various roles. Being your child's best friend might simplify some of that. Give it a try.

Enjoy these years and enjoy your ADD / ADHD child !!!! Until next time--- all the best,Kate.

"There are so many styles of swimwear to choose from, especially if you are a women. With more options than ever, all women regardless of size or shape, can feel stylish wearing swimwear at the pool or on the beach this season."Summertime is inevitably a season when we all at some time or another bring out the swimwear. Whether it is at the beach, camping or the cottage, the warm weather and tantalizing water encourages a refreshing swim. There are some on the other hand who may not even use their swimwear for the water but who like to sit in the sun's rays and give their skin the glow of summer. Whatever use you have for your bikini or swimwear the wonderful assortment of fabrics, styles and accessories will have you out and about enjoying the fine weather. There are some of us who don't exactly look forward to this time of year when we have to bring out the swimwear and bikinis in hopes that those couple of extra pounds gained over the year won't have us bulging out of the seams.

Not to fret though as swimwear today offers great stretch fabrics for easy mobility and plenty of style options that might just minimize or hide any imperfections. The fabric, body shape, design and color are all factors when choosing the most flattering swimwear for you. When selecting a swimsuit the quality of fabric is important as you want a suit that will stand up to the seasons of wear, sun and saltwater. Nylon, Lycra and Faille are popular fabrics used for swimsuits, they resist fading and hold their stretchiness. Nylon and Lycra used together offer more stretch then standard swimwear along with shaping, control and comfort for the wearer. The design of the swimsuit is probably the most important factor when women are out shopping for swimwear and bikinis. You will find plenty of suggestions on flattering suits for all sorts of body types.

There are suits to create curves where needed, suits to minimize hips, suits to whittle waistlines, others to add shape to specific areas and then there are the standard all purpose suits that may look great on a variety of shapes. Lines and colors are very important in minimizing or accentuating particular parts of the body. Black and darker colors are often used to minimize, while stripes depending on whether they are vertical or horizontal are used for the same minimizing (vertical) or accentuating (horizontal) effects. There are several special sizes of swimsuits available to accommodate women from petite, tall and plus sizes.Bikinis alone come in several popular designs that may include; tankinis which are similar to a tank top (with matching bottom, there are different variations of the tankini from short (above the navel) to tops that touch the bottom piece; bandeau tops are designed as a strip usually with no straps; halter tops are just as the name implies similar to a halter with possibly a string that goes around the neck connecting the bodice; lastly there are bra-tops (similar to bra designs) and triangle tops (triangle designs). The bikini that works best will vary from person to person, you want a top that offers support if needed, it is always best to try on a few different tops and see what works best.Women's swimsuits offer features such as; soft-cup bras which give full support, built-in shelf bras with underwire, sarongs that add gentle shaping to midsection, gentle tummy wraps that accentuates shape, side shirring adding gentle shaping, and overlapping tops with bottoms for gentle coverage.

There are also swimsuits available in swim dress designs which offer additional coverage of hips if needed for some, and bandeau style one pieces with no straps.Women really are at an advantage when it comes to selecting swimwear designs, as the number of women's designs far exceeds the number of men's designs. Women's swimsuits come in one-piece designs, swim dress designs, sarong swimsuits, tankini suits and several bikini designs. Whereas men's suits are available mostly in the standard racing style, swim trunk and swim short designs. The list of swimwear accessories is as great as the swimsuits to be had. The accessories are an important part of your beach or lake excursion, and can include; straw hats, crochet hats, sun hats, short chemises, pareo (cover up skirt), cover ups, capri's, thongs, sunglasses, tote bags, mesh bags and most importantly beach towels.Children's swimwear offers some excellent options for those little one's just learning to swim. There are great thermal wear suits available, which keep children nice and warm, the innovative suits are made from a specially treated heat reflective neoprene material.

Thermal wear suits and special sun protective swimwear also offer UV protection from the sun. There are special water shoes for children that protect their small feet and help to prevent slips. Then of course there is the wide variety of designs and fabrics available to choose from. Designs for girls come in one and two piece while the boys' suits most often come in the short and trunk designs.Other considerations to keep the children busy at the beach or lake are lifejackets, arm floats, flotation devices, goggles and beach toys. There are great swim vests and special swimming tubes specially made for children to gradually ease into swimming.

The list of pool toys is endless with floating basketball nets, dive toys, swimming fins and volleyball games to name a few.The sun protection clothing and sun protective swimwear that is being manufactured is innovative and an excellent choice especially for children. Some of the sun protective clothing and swimwear claims to block 98 per cent of UV rays with a UPF of 50 plus. What this means is that only one fiftieth of UV radiation falling on the surface of the garment will pass through. Wearing this clothing is added protection against the suns harmful rays. When going to the beach, pool or when participating in any outdoor activity it is important to wear a sunscreen of at least thirty. Nothing spoils a day in the sun like the pain of sunburn.

That is why being prepared for your outing is important, bring along the necessary hats, sunglasses and cover-ups to ensure both comfort and protection. This is true especially for children, it's probably best to avoid mid afternoon intense sun if possible. However if you cannot avoid being in the sun, be sure to bring along a beach umbrella to provide shade and again hats and sunscreens for children are absolutely necessary. With so many wonderful swimwear options to choose from your beach, pool, lake or camping experience can be both pleasurable and fashionable. Take the time and find a swimsuit that you feel comfortable in and one that compliments your particular figure. With the right swimwear choices you will be ready for all your travel and vacation needs with a suit that lasts for a few seasons..

As small business owners, we often take on more than we can handle. Wearing all the hats running our businesses, as well as the other commitments we have (i.e. volunteer work, family, etc.), can sometimes leave us feeling overworked, frustrated, and stressed out. Being under so much stress is not good for anyone and it can definitely have an effect on our businesses. So we need to alleviate some of our stress and find solutions for the reasons that we are so overworked.

Take a step back from everything and decide which tasks are ?needs' and which tasks are ?wants'.

Which tasks are more important than others? We consider everything that we do in our lives, especially when running our businesses, as important. However, which tasks can you postpone long enough without producing a negative effect on ourselves and our success. Which tasks can wait?
Learn that you cannot say ?yes' to everything. For most people and for most businesses, saying no to anyone can be like pulling teeth. It can be very painful and have a lasting effect.

But again, you need to think of yourself, your success, and your well-being. Decide which tasks you have been asked to do that can be better accomplished by someone else or that will have a negative effect on yourself and make a point to politely decline to assist.
Prioritize your life. In step #1 above, we learned to decide between ?important' and ?can wait' tasks. But, even the important tasks can add up.

So, you need to break down that list of important tasks even farther and prioritize them. In business, ensure that those tasks that will enhance your business and your reputation with your clients are the first tasks on your list.
Focus on the task at hand and not so much the long-term outcome of the task. All to often, as small business owners, our heads are working in overdrive as we imagine the possibilities that can occur because of certain tasks that we do. Now, that doesn't mean we shouldn't imagine the outcome of accomplishing tasks and any rewards or ramifications that may result from it, but just don't obsess or over-dream about it and make it your sole purpose in thriving.

Remember to pat yourself on the back when you have accomplished a task, especially the important ones. Take a break away from it and refresh yourself before beginning your next task. I've always found going and looking out the window at the wonders of nature while I wait for the kettle to boil for my hot chocolate can have a brightening and rejuvenating effect on my day.
And last, but not least, ask for help. No matter how much we think we can take on the world we are not all ?super human' and to ask for assistance with something is a part of being ?normal human'.

When running your business, generating revenue and increasing your customer base is your most important ?needs' so why not get some help with the non-core tasks (i.e. correspondence, maintaining your website, designing your newsletter, etc.) in order to keep up. There are many, many qualified professionals out there that specialize in helping others stay on the right track and grow their businesses.
Stress is an all too common word in our society but it doesn't have to be something that rules our lives. Learn to manage your time and prioritize your life (and all of it's aspects) and you will find that you not only feel better inside, people will notice the new relaxed you which, in turn, will be another benefit for yourself and your business as they are more comfortable dealing with you..
